World Book Day in Year 6

The Year 6 team in their World Book Day outfits (Year 6 - 09/03/2025)

We had a fantastic time learning about Benjamin Zephaniah, the author of our current class book. The children researched his bibliography, completed a fiendishly difficult crossword about his life and work, which they all loved doing, and then produced a poster based upon the themes of his work. The children really entered into the spirit of the day and made a big effort with their outfits. The Year 6 teaching team wouldn't miss the opportunity to dress-up for the occasion either!
