Managing emotions
Emotions are felt by everyone! It is not wrong to feel angry, nervous or sad but we do need to gain control over these emotions so they don't take over.
Do you have any techniques you use now to deal with these emotions?
Pick a scenario that makes you feel a certain way. This might be moving school, a friend moving away or losing a favourite toy. Have a think about how you can deal with this emotion (in a positive way) to make yourself feel better and happier.
Draw a storyboard to show how you could deal with this emotion.
